Well, its two weeks since I quit and the experience was different to what I expected, but everything you said would happen, did happen. I was fine for the rest of the day after my session and woke up the next day ready to get on with it and I started to notice triggers that I hadn’t realised were actually triggers.
I didn’t write down any goals but have been doing everything that I wanted to – like running, etc! So everything is going well. Sometimes I still have a slight urge to have a cigarette but it goes away pretty quickly! I am feeling a lot better and much healthier as a non-smoker! I am much more social now and more fit. Thanks so much!

Well, so far so good. I got through all that Christmas and New Year drinking without once smoking! Thank you very much for your commitment and belief it works and I am very happy! I am sure you will be expanding more in the future since most smokers would prefer not too I think, so you offer the best most effective solution.

I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for your help in quitting smoking…..again! I must admit my experience this time was very different to the first, I found the process much more a conscious one than the first time I went, but I’m confident I’ll be a non smoker for the rest of my life, so thank you.
I saw Mandy on the 29th of March 2010. It was my son’s 2nd birthday. 2 years after I promised to quit smoking. I tried cold turkey and Allan Carr’s book. I was not comfortable trying patches or medicines, as I was not comfortable putting any drugs into my system when I was wanting to stop them entering my system in the first place.
Best Goal of 2011 was becoming a happy non-smoker. Thanks to you and your technique! Now for the 2012 goal to become a healthy, fit, slim and happy non-smoker! Will be working my way through your 7 steps over January. All the best.
When Mandy first spoke to Shawn we were, to be honest, a little skeptical. Shawn was smoking over 40 cigarettes a day and myself about 20 – 30. When he arrived home after his session with Mandy, it was done. He was a non smoker and two weeks later I did the same.
