Huge difference this will make to my life
I am 57 years old and I had been a full time smoker, about a packet a day and more on social occasions, for fifteen years. I had also smoked socially for years before that. Lately I had been concerned about losing too much weight. My eyes were also giving me trouble and the more I smoked, the harder it was to focus. The worst thing though was a general feeling I can’t describe, like an internal stress. Almost like a mild, permanent indigestion. No doubt everyone has their own set of reasons for wanting to quit, these were mine. I had tried cold turkey, and I had tried Zyban and Champix, but nothing had stopped me from starting up again. Going to see Mandy was the next step. It has proved to be successful and I have now stopped smoking for over a month. I am surrounded by smokers, but have no desire to restart the habit. The periodic “time for a cigarette” triggers, don’t override my newly acquired resolve. I put this down to two things. Firstly, you must decide that it is truly time to quit. Then you must have a starting point with the right mental preparation to begin a new direction. I found that Mandy was able to bring me to this point and her ongoing interest in keeping me there helps me to stay subconsciously focused. The preparation that Mandy sends you, is very important. I know I could not have stopped without help. Mandy uses a very professional yet sympathetic approach. She reinforces your mind with reasons and lasting suggestions to take away with you. For me it has worked beautifully, the result has been dramatic. I have not had a cigarette since our session. I have a sense of internal well being, more energy, a more youthful looking face when I look in the mirror and my eyes are improving. I have a feeling this will make a monumental difference to my life.
